Russia remains unfazed by US oil sanctions

Reuters Russian oil companies have overcome US sanctions by finding new partners in Asia and taking use of their free cash flow. Oil companies have been primarily interested in shallow water, while most geologists say that the sweetest spots for oil is found in deep water.
